Description OECD iLibrary is the publication portal of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), an online service that provides access to OECD books, journals, annuals and outlooks, working papers and statistics (It replaces SourceOECD). The OECD, based in Paris, is a forum permitting governments of industrialised countries to study and formulate policies in all economic and social spheres.
